bakit natin kailangang magusap ng English dito sa Philippines Section
ng salitang English.

kasi Shame na yung pag-eenglish nung iba eh :)
kung pwede lang makibahagi tayo pagtatagalog,hehe

This is not releated to GC...
but.. its the users choice to use English or tagalog, to which the user feels comfortable

as 02cute said, it's off-topic and it depends on the user whether they want to speak english or not..
