What is the longest since using cheats that they delay a ban for?

Also, can you be banned just for having software on your computer?

I was banned despite using cheats 25 days ago and being clean from there on.

as far as i know 90days is an hwid ban, but depends from case to case.

Depends on how long they want to fuck with you, most cheats are already detected.
