sro wont open site wont open

Ok well i was in sro on my way to grind, and outta no where i discconected, im like w/e ill reopen it, then i open it pops up that thing that says 'silkroad online is under inspection blahblahblah" so im like ok lets see how long is left on it on the website i go to joymax.com it keeps saying Unable to connect

so i try it on IE same thing... now after about 3 hours its pissing me off a bit, i don't think its an ip ban as i did nothing to deserve it, and my brother can logon perfectly fine so... any suggestions? :Handsdown:

Delete your Cache, restart your Computer, reinstall Silkroad.
Same advices as ever ^^

how do you delete a cache? o.o

here's how to do it. go to system 32, ctrl+A and then delete.

I got the same problem sometimes. And tried everything to solve this:
restart pc
reconnect internet
reinstalling game
connecting through proxy

Its like you get banned by joymax because you cannot enter their webpage or their games. But after some minutes or hours everything is normal again.

No freaking idea whats causing that and how to solve it.

download ccleaner and clean all your registrys! i got the same pro sometimes! after i clean my registry everything works just fine! i use ccleaner!

yeah cleaned it same thing..., if i try reinstalling says this installer is for legend 5 heroes of alexandria update >.<

sometimes trojan viruses will edit you hosts file and restrict connections with certain things.

locate to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\ and open up your host file in notepad. check for anything that looks similar to this:
or anything replacing the "http://www.silkroadonline.net" part that has to do with silkroad.

adding that one little line to your hosts file can block all connections with them, including their game.

try removing "222.111.150.111 gwgt1.joymax.com" and see if that works
