[HELP] Can't request my pw.

Ok little intro:

A6 is out and i wanted to take a look ingame, i forgott my pw of my accs.

2 accs were on 1 e-mail all was fine.
new pw was there in a few seconds.

But on my main acc:

I tried to request my pw.
website tolds me new pw got send blabla.

I checke dmy inbox nthing i tried it round about 20 times nothing.
I wrote to the support nothing not even the info mail that i wrote to the support where in my inbox.

I already used mozzial& i-explorer.

help me pls

Um, yes you need to contact support, I know you have already, and I know their support is terrible. Some people say they have gotten their pw reset, but it took weeks upon weeks, just gotta be patient haha. Sorry

k got my pw resetet after i tried it 65 times....

no equip no dils on acc great.
