hello! i want to change the information about my target mob, but there are too many mobs around the changes i make affect them all. im not trying to send any attacks. for example i would like to change his virtual id or something

You mean the unique mob ID ?
Or the Mob Type ID (from the GM Commands ? Like 101 for wild dog)

In both cases, let me ask you why.
Because there is absolutely no benefit in doing so except as a local change.
It doesn't affect DMG, loot, or anything else.

Except that you could fool others that you've seen a boss on map 1 or something.
But other than that, not useful.

i know it doesn't affect anything, what i want is to interact with only one of the dozens of mobs. for example I want to see its size large on my own screen do you understand me.

Python does have related methods in the chr module.
Every mob is registered individually in the game locally,

Identified by "VID" - a server wide unique number.

By using vid you can select and edit mobs.

Otherwise you'll need to hook via C++ cython code.
I don't know about that part.
