As far as being undetected with good winver support I personally recommend IZI. I've used their products for over 2 years now with little to no issues. Its super easy to customize and set your preferences to your desired level. On top of this it is one of the most advanced cheats on the market due to the method which they use to access the games memory (hypervisor). Because of this it is probably the safest and has proven this because of its extensive record of being undetected.
