how can i change or unblock the port of the gameserver

If your ISP has disallowed trafic on that port, call them.

And they shouldnt do that...becuase its really dodgy.

Thats the only reason why it would be blocked.

It cannot be "blocked" on your behalf becasue CO makes the connection so port forwarding (Opening a port) is not nessessary.

If you run off a windows machine port forwarding your router isnt the onlt thing you have to do to make a pserver. By default Windows turns off most ports even if they are forwarded why so many younger people are having issues. Open up your start and run WF.msc on lefthand side look for inbound rules click that then on right side click add new rule. Open your own ports :))) Hope this helped.
