If you are not able to translate/fix anything in the databases that are released here.
You are not capable to host a server in the first place.

Translation is one of the BASICS.
There are some extra scripts released here to make it easier for you guys (cq_itemtype/cq_monstertype translation) that translates over 10,000 rows for you.

Asking for a fully developed/translated database, I suggest you knock on a game developer's/company's door. And bring a bag full of money with you....

We can make this quick and simple, every DB in the EO world is originated from the chinese language, so when a new db is discovered what language will it be in? Chinese.

That is why people sell Fully english DB's because of the time put into it. Time = money.
If you do not want to use a DB thats in chinese there are plenty of old ones that are in full english. But to come on here and bash someone for releasing something thats not in a language you prefer is a joke. Atleast they took the time out of their day to contribute something to the EO community, is that something you can say youve done? Didnt think so.
