Server with a vGPU

Im currently looking for a Server that has a vGPU to run ARK on with a Bot.
For now im looking for 1 Instance with:

2 vCPU's
5 GB Ram
1 vGPU
120 GB HDD

This are the Specs i need for 1 Instance.
