Permanent suspension of valorant account for using cheat in apex

So… I’m 99 percent sure I exited vanguard before running an apex cheat but I got a permanent ban on my valorant account for running an apex cheat with vanguard running I suppose. I’ve never cheated in valorant and my stats will reflect that, is it worth appealing? If not, how long am I hwid banned for given it’s my first offense.

That's honestly a relief to hear. All shit aside, I don't feel that I deserve a ban in a game that I never cheated in lmao. Yeah dude, I had 1500 dollars in skins lol. I figured I would never sell my account so it's money wasted cause I honestly just thought riot would tell me to fuck right off and not even look into it.

How frequently should I submit a ticket, should I even wait for a response on the first?
