Bypass of CAR Valofe verification

Anyone knows how to bypass valofe email verification? i heard its being done with some lag or what... Only what you need are logins then you bypass that and no email confirmation for change needed, it just go to your new email for change confirmation

I nearly lost acc because of this and i would like know how..
