Hardware BAN - NEED HELP

Hello everyone! My account just got banned and when I open game it says hardware ban or something. How do I fix it? do I need to reinstall windows? I used VPN while the client was on.

Use of vpn should only lead to a proxy ban ? Last time i checked those weren't HWID.
