I keep getting this error "The game is currently unavailable to you. Please contact Support." I sent a ticket to gameforge and they told me "After reviewing your account, I must inform you that the issue you are experiencing is a direct result of the use of external software that automates all / parts of the game (= so-called “botting software”)."
But my accounts haven't been banned so I wonder if there is a way to get rid of this problem?
