ive edited the emoneyshop in notepad++ but i cant decrypt the shop.dat to edit that. can anyone help me??

also can someone please tell me where to go in the source to edit the amount of +stones that can be used in perfection upgrading every day?

where the edit in source/database/shop.ini?
