HWID bans in R6

So, I got once banned on my main for cheating (bcs I cheated), then I created a new ACC and played a whole season, after which I got banned again (even tho I didn't cheat on this acc at all), so I assumed it was HWID ban. However, I later read that if you get HWID banned then you won't be able to play any other game that runs with Battleye.
But, I got banned only in R6. Does that mean I'm not HWID banned?

That statement isn't true for BE. You can be banned on R6 and play EFT for example (which also runs BE).

If you played a whole season on R6 before getting banned, you're not HWID banned. A HWID ban would get you within a few hours or the first day of playing. Did you get an email when you got banend the second time around?

well, I got instantly permabanned, without any 15-day bans prior to this one. And the email was just a generic one saying I was banned due to cheating.

If you are HWID ban in R6, you wont be able to play for whole season. You will get instant ban right after starting the game (match queue) or after 2-3 matches.
I got ban in R6 several times but i can still play PUBG without any issues and PUBG also uses BattleEye.
