Will all the Cabals Characters be set to level 0 again?

Hey guys,

I just checked this website: cabalonline.net

They said that even though ESTsoft is the only one running now, but the other company was thinking not returning the character information/items to ESTsoft. Do u guys know if they will reset every characters level/item to lvl0?

heres what the website said:

According to the contract between OGPlanet and ESTsoft, current North America service will be handed over as it is now so all data of users and their characters will be remained if they agree.

So what if they DONT agree? what will happen than?

the way how i see it, estsoft is gonna try to force ogplanet to give all data. however, if they still wont agree then there probably is nothing else to be done by estsoft.
since the game is made/owned by estsoft, but the data (chars and stuff) is still owned by ogplanet.

But how are they going to force them? i mean, estsoft is kinda like the boss over Ogplanet. Cause judging by the look of their legal negotiation. I think they will give the data, maybe by price. Anyone else have any other suggestions? or thoughts?
