I have deleted some auction items from the database using SQL. Later, when I checkout the items in game, it is still there. Do I have to restart the server for this? Is there any other way?
How can I reflect DB the changes on server?

Yes, some changes like in Arcadia u can refresh via #refresh()
but such things like in telecaster need just reload and some % of this actions need restart
