Gonna be super honest, I've been using cx since November and I can't imagine using anything else. The customer service is beyond phenomenal, (had an incident where I was unable to use the service and had a staff member stay up with me for 4 hours helping me resolve the issue.) Not only do they have amazing staff, but the community is so fun to be apart of. Joking around with other people who are also using the service is entertaining, and poking fun at staff and testers doesn't result in bans or anything like that. Another part of the community is the ability to share whatever opinion you want. No bias exist in the community, and everything is taken with optimism and care.
As for the service itself, I have nothing to say but perfect. I use semi-rage settings and I haven't had ANY issues, neither has any of my friends. you rarely see anyone in the community say they were banned, and most times it's because they used a different service and it turned out to be a hardware ban previously. And whenever there is a slight potential that the client was detected, which hasn't happened since 2019, they pause all ongoing keys and purchasing of keys until it is 100% clear that there was no breach. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY REFUND PEOPLE FOR LOST TIME.
I made this account to support them because what they provide for myself and the community goes past the price we pay for the service itself. This is me giving back to them for creating such a perfect service and amazing community
