Best ESP for AMD users and paypal option

First of all thanks for all the suggestions and explanations provided here. But still i am confused with the many options. So i am putting my requirements here for your kind suggestions:
1. AMD processor and Nvidia GPU
2. Windows 10 Pro 21H2
3. Paypal or GPay

I have initially shortlisted IZI and ecycler but they are not supported on my system.

You can checkout [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] but need to downgrade to 1909 for it to work. Gpay/Paytm/UPI available.
