Hi ,I am Polish, and I would like to ask whether Rappelz KTS is a private sever and whether its flying faster than naormalnym exp. if so can someone give me a page to download and what to do to play on it thank you in advance.

its not private server but perm test server, it has 30x the normal exp rate, it has no use to download cause only a bunch of people know how to play on it:P and they or aint sharing or selling the option :) if ya wanna know more add my msn: [Only registered and activated users can see links. It is no secret how to play on the KTS server , you just need an Korean IP address.
So find a free Proxy or pay for one and you should have no problems to play on it.

use a vpn, that is the easiest way :) only problem is making a kts account. its actually suprisingly easy to get on.
