Does renting a residential ip work on every server. Also does anyone know to check if yo have a dynamic ip do you unplug your modem or router for 5 min? Thanks.

Your router only controls internal ip's (IP's inside your network, so not IP's the rest of the world sees). To check if your IP is dynamic open up your CMD and type ipconfig/all. Then the setting you will look for is DHCP, if its enabled it is dynamic.

Residential IP's will work as long as they are not flagged, you could simply use a VPN that provides residential IP's instead of renting one manually. Tuxler is a provider that offers this however there are numerous on the market to decide between.

my modem allows me to login and release/renew an IP, not sure what it is but when i type "what is my IP" in google the numbers come back different each time i do it, and ive evaded many ip bans that way
