SQL 2019

Hey guys anyone know if SQL 2019 will work with making new Dekaron PServer.
I have a brand new tower and I've tried downloading and install SQL2014 and for some reason the installer wont load up onto my screen even after running compatibility.
So now the question is, can I use SQL 2019 without any issue to try and upload my DB to get my server to work.

if database backup on sql2014 it should be work on higher version not the lowest version

I restored the database it works perfectly but for some reason the i dont think it reads the DB i loaded into SQL whenever i start up all the .exe
Gives me an error everytime.

I guess ill just keep trying until it does work.
