So, recently i have bought Premium, and now im considering buying elite. What happens to my Premium subscription if I buy Elite ? It overlaps my susbcription time?

You will have 2 subscriptions that runs at the same time. Only if you buy the same subscription again before it expired then it will just extend your subscription time.
