spects = QuadCore Q9550 with 8GB ram and 1TB HD hosted in a datacenter in scranton (room with aricondition so they cant get overhead , more cooling then your own computer ^^) with a 100mb/s port
The Speed , Q9550 = 2.8GHZ (intel Quad with 12mb cach )

Basic VPS (35$ ) : 512 mb RAM and 50GB HD (shared over 2 partisions , 25 and 25 ) and 2 Cores you can use for 100% ( so 2.8GHZ X 2 )
Maxi VPS (60$) : 1024 mb RAM and 100GB hd ( shared over 2 partisions , 25 and 75) and 4 Cores you can use ( so 2.8GHZ X 4 )
ultra vps (100$ and only avaible as upgrade for clients) : 2048 mb Ram and same as maxi

i hear your brain thinking , its not posseble to run that game on the mini vps so i need to go for maxi ?? but thats a bit to low ram to because i need 1.5GB ram o.O
well , you can run the game perfect on the mini vps because it is DEDICATED ram
you got 4GB virtual ram assigned to (hd used as ram) , so you can do everything on it unlike parallels or virtuozo (they are the same in case of wondering)
Mini can handle about the 50 players lagfree but it takes time to start up the server files ( up to 30 min for a good startup)
Basic can handle around the 100 - 150 players lagfree
and maxi can handle 400+ players lagfree , if you got more then you need to go ultra or dedicated (
