To bypass EAC all you need to do is create a patched boot with kernal protection disabled. You run the patch, restart PC, choose the new boot it creates right after BIOS, and you're safe from automated detections by EAC.

The only thing that stands out is he didn't mention what Windows versions his current patch supports (i.e. - "Win 10 v10.0.19041.1566"), which is usually very specific to certain patches and something worth mentioning, but he could very well intend to do so once added on discord.

I don't know this guy + haven't used his specific bypass so i can't vouch for him PERSONALLY, but EAC is extremely easy to bypass by patching out the kernal protection. I certainly wouldn't pay for someone to sell me a patch, that's for sure. Moreso because it requires maintenance and upkeep - and "lifetime support" on epvp these days means a couple weeks until the person selling the product can't be bothered anymore. I suppose this service has some value if you're entirely tech illiterate of course. In which case you'll probably get a virus frequenting sites like epvp though.

Never ever buy bypasses or patches for anti-cheats. If they are sold they're most likely unstable and detected.

Works on All Windows Versions and dont need a patched boot.
