spoofer is not needed if you are not hwid banned, but it is recommended.Quote:

There are two reasons to use a spoofer:
1. You are confirmed banned by your HWID meaning that changing your IP and creating a new account & playing without cheats = ban or shadow ban that turns perma. Wait for shadow ban to lift or turn perma because it might lift.
2. You are so deeply paranoid about your real identifiers being banned that you use a spoofer when you cheat. This is only reasonable if you are hardcore rage cheating. Make sure to section off sets of IP/account identifiers on your own since the spoofer won't do that (i.e. change IP and then spoof/make a new account and only use new account when spoofed + don't login to old accounts on IP/unspoofed).
Spoofers are risky because they can be detected directly just like any cheat can, so even if you aren't HWID banned & are not worried about a spoofer ceasing to work, you can still get banned if it's detected.

All content unlockers are risky as they bypass physical purchases and interfere with monetary gains, thus being targeted more frequently, but I trust RUT more than any other content unlocker.
If you're going to use a content unlocker, I would personally use a spoofer because typically, HWID bans are more frequent with unlocker offenses.
