I have officially been HWID banned. I am buying a new PC all new everything. Am I safe running the same K&M and monitors or will they get flagged? Will I also need a new IP from the modem?

You can use your old monitor, K&M, about IP you can turn your modem off for 10 minutes and you gone have a new IP.

It is enough to replace the motherboard or HDD, SSD, there is no need for a complete system change. Unless of course you have a lot of money :)

Incorrect.

B/AAC has always randomized components for their HWID ban.
Sometimes it's drives and mobo, sometimes only drives, sometimes drives and cpu.
There are some other factors, but they're extremely rare and not worth mentioning.
