At first I thought it wont work but after contacting the developer I asked him if he can stream his screen as proof if it works and he did! Then I was assured that the cheat works.
I bought the cheats and it was surprisingly working well, all my characters had all their VP missions unlocked so I got tons of free VP.

Also EXP Hack is working well, I got to lvl 85 in 5 minutes. ACTUALLY 5 MINUTES.
After the purchase, the developer guided me through the steps and helped me when I didn't understand something.
Overall 10/10, good seller good response. Totally worth the money.
