Which Hardware Components need to be changed?

can anyone reputable tell me what hardware needs to be changed for Vanguard in order to avoid using a spoofer?

Is very hard to tell. I change my SSD and CPU and I was good to go. For you might be different.

surely their not just randomizing components, on individual bans, right?

Yes, they do.

Sometimes it's drive + mobos, sometimes it's drives + cpu, sometimes it's only drives, etc.

A lot of people have success with drives + mobo, a lot have success with drives + cpu, some have success with only drives... it's a gamble.
