do i need to use the spoofer every time i want to play warzone or just once?

It's temporary, so you have to load it once each time you boot up your computer. Will add a permanent solution later on (one time spoof)

Can be added in, nobody has had any issues with getting flagged :)

I am a little confused by this response. Are you able to reuse HWID settings? Or is it a new, random one each time it is spoofed?

If it DOES give the ability to reuse HWID, is it only the last HWID, or could I have, say, 5 "profiles" for different accounts, for aging purposes....?
