Simple Radar/ESP cheat that is extremely undetectable?

All I really want is ESP/radar, nothing ragey that will get me banned easily. Any recommendations on a simple cheat that just has these features and is basically undetectable?

slatehub is a safe bet if you go with their radars. But I haven't followed much of the rust scene recently so I may be wrong.
