spoofer ban

I have been banned many times, and to avoid being banned again, I purchased Spoofer from a site, started Unlock all, and then started spoofer.
However, when I was saving blueprints in my new account, I got a blue screen and when I rebooted and opened battle.net, I found that I was permanently banned.
Is it not safe to use spoofer?
