depends if the person has cheat on the account (and who has not banned) he will sell you the account and when you will only do 1 game you will get self-banned.

I think there are no good sellers on this website for accounts anyways, there are better and more safe websites for that which I cant tell you, I think.
Not sure if its forbidden.
But if you want, I can show you mine and we can also talk to each other via Discord and I can screenshare the account information to you and even that the account isnt banned or some shit. I want to sell mine, thats why your thread comes to the right time.
But keep in mind its worth around 500$ so only contact me if you want to spend something around this worth.
