Help with _RefSkill

I fixed the dame in _RefSkill
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I have restarted the server.. in game dame has changed but the display stats are the same... can anyone help me how to change the current stats?

Use db2pk2 and upload the skilldataenc into your client
