Is it possible to change USA payment to a cheaper country?

Well technically yes, but probably way too hard nowadays. Haven't played for a while so I'm not really up to date with this stuff, but they used to ask proof that you live in the country you're looking to change your payment to, id card & obviously you'd have to be playing with an IP from that country
