Eulen is probably the best public executor. However, right now it is in testing mode as a result of a recent FiveM update.

However this is not a bad thing. Unlike other executors that eventually go into a updating/testing mode, Eulen does not take months to update like most other popular executors. Generally a week or so or less.

I have been using Eulen for over a year and have never been banned so long as I only injected when it was in ready status. It is only been in testing/updating status for less than 15% of the time in this past year.

The only downside about Eulen is that it does not allow itself to be ran inside of a virtual machine (an option when using vmprotect as your app obfuscator/packer) so it can not be used on shadow.tech, or any virtual machine you may use to bypass bans.

TL;DR: Best public cheat.
