Is PO safe? I am wondering if I need a spoofer? I hear that many are being detected. I don’t want to be HWID banned. Also what is the best unlock tool? Is it possible to unlock vanguard guns without having vanguard but using the unlock tool?

PO is the safest you can buy.
RUT is a good unlocker tool, but unlock tools in general are risky.
You don't need a spoofer unless you've been banned.

I use one from queentools.net

I like them and they have lifetime cheats.

Safest cheat is probably AimexCheats. UD for nearly 2 years.
For unlock all use RUT. But you probably going to get banned sooner or later.

All of the above.

Unlockers have the most likely chance of getting you banned, but cheats in general will eventually get you banned if you're using them for an extended period of time.
