Some servers encode the visualffect.xes file. Is there a way to open them

Just compare the files and find some similarities. This case is trivial, but as I don't want to get involved in any private servers drama (and you didn't provide where did you get such a file) - I will omit the details. That's something any junior-level developer can do within half an hour.

Tip: just check the structure of the file and find either a pattern or some constant that you can easily find.

Sorry does not provide information. This is an effect file from Asura, I just want to mod some effects for your offline game, so sad because I'm not a developer. thank you very much

i guess you have visualffect tool but you don't know how to use it. Sorry if I guessed wrong

I have it and I know how to use them, but this visualffect.xes file has been encrypted and that tool cannot read it
