Atually i saw this thread ages ago, but people have posted the commands before in the right section, and people have posted them here before, to be honest the commands are exactly a release, they are already in the source, if you cant understand how a command works when you have it in the source, theres not alot of hope for you to be honest.

So this isnt a release in my oppinion.
