Sorry to bother would anyone know where i can find a 2022 Skill ID list.

Use Harepacker, open string.wz, select skill, tool->export selection->xml->classic. This exports all or most skills into a text file. Then search for skill ID you want.

just you gmhandtool from github its a lot better
