That's not new. You can access it from the 2006 client and it is part of the original 2004-2005 Nostale alpha which had different character designs and maps.

Schade das so schöne Maps nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Das wäre eine schöne Alternative zu Nosville. Würde auch mehr zu Port Alveus passen find ich.
