Dekaron Launcher auto updater Release

updated these launchers and decided to just combine them.

in setting's of the launcher users can change the ui of the launcher just from a click.

launcher now has file check for dekaron.exe.
checks if server is online.
able to do register for server right from launcher that's optional, can be enabled or disabled right from server side settings.

can change url for launcher right from server side so if change example.com to like example2.com on server side the launcher automatically updates the setting.

does have an auto start feature if want it enabled, optional.

minilauncher comes with it, its required for launcher because dekaron launcher auto starts it first for launcher updates.
