Yes there is but one click hacks are not allowed in the public section! You can find the scripts in the public section for sure!

Aslana, that's not the minimap tele, thats the map change hack, that allows you to change maps when u go to 0:0 coordinates, XD.
Minimap tele is this one:
And must be activated at char selection screen.

in CE in text search for [DEV] than change it to your name with only the first 5 letter for example Loverhurt . change [dev] to Loveh than you can tele anywhere on mini map
