His design looks modern, it's responsive for all devices/resolutions and it looks great. He used SVGs everywhere he could which is amazing!

Performance - 10/10

It's static HTML so I don't expect much. All that I can say is that I ran it through GTMetrics and it's all green.

Price - 1337/10

Seemed like a great choice due to large providers vouching for him, but it seems things changed this month. User is unresponsive, promising to deliver the next day but then replies days later saying he has IRL issues, etc. I'm hoping I have my product delivered and can change my review in the future; but, for now, I don't see myself receiving anything other than a loss of money.
