graphics card question

Hey guys, im looking to change soon my card graphic and take a RTX 3080 Ti (NVIDIA) but the problem is I don't know which brand of graphics card to choose between EVGA,MSI,ASUS etc....

And I would like your opinion on which brand to take, is there one brand that is better than another?

The brand is nor relevant. All cards have the same chip and the same speed. So get the cheapest card. Only look at the model if you want special RGB lighting or something like this.

Well i look a cards with RGB, quiet (semi-passive) and of course not overclocked
do you know which graphics card best meets these criteria?

Small update I may buy an Asus GeForce RTX 3080 Ti TUF 12G GAMING (LHR) but I don't know if it is rgb if anyone knows if it is rgb or not?

The TUF Gaming Logo has a bit of RGB lighting.
