Strengthening One's Faction

There are a total of 4 factions in 12Sky2, the Tiger faction, the Snake faction, the Dragon faction, and the Nangin faction. Regardless of which faction one might be a member of, there are a few surefire ways that one may strengthen their faction.

One may either join a guild or form a guild of their own. This strengthens the faction by providing like-minded faction members with a private chat channel where ideas can be shared freely between fellow guild members. On top of this, guilds can inspire one's fellow faction members to succeed by inspiring feelings of joy amongst all. These feelings of joy may appear when one catches a glance of a fellow faction member who also happens to be a fellow guild member. Roaming around in a map and having that chance encounter with a fellow guild member can bring great bouts of joy.

If one is unable to continue playing 12Sky2 then it is usually in the best interest of the faction for that player's equipment to be fairly distributed amongst the faction. While losing a member of one's faction may be a tumultuous time, the focus must instead be on how the faction is to become more powerful. A weak faction is a losing faction and the player who decides that enough is enough ought to offer up everything to the home faction.

Encouraging players to remain loyal to their respective factions should be of the utmost importance. One player does not make a faction, an entire legion of players does. Without providing any specific examples, a faction will have the upper hand in many different situations if all of its members are devoutly loyal.

Showing new players the ropes is also a great way to improve the overall strength of a faction. There are no immediate benefits to doing this but one day, that new player may become more powerful and reach maximum level.

but...if someone is quitting 12sky2 then most likely he sells his items . no1 will give his items for free especially when all 12sky2 servers are p2w ,so yeah people quitting want to get some money back atleast .
as a old player i can say that best way for new players is to hang with some cool people / guild who borrow/give for free items they dont need . sure it wont make such people the best but atleast will give them chance .
No there is no "equal" in MMO's . There are people who spend money and people who don't. ive seen it many times that people who just joined the server and spent some money to get into top players lvl. There is many ways to balance that but non of servers will apply that as they dont focus on keeping the game alive but making the most money before they will have to remake server.
Your post remind me kinda of early aeria times when people didnt see such p2w yet
