Hello. Longtime lurker but decided to make an account just because this thread does look a little sus with all the new account vouches. Granted, this is a new account and my first post. So take this long post how you will. But this has been my experience with Dep and Depshop.
I have been with Depshop off and on for over a year now and even before they were officially Depshop. I have used their Call of Duty Cold War and Escape from Tarkov products. Both were great but their EFT products are next level. I have been using the same account for all of the last wipe and now starting on this new wipe/patch. They are just amazing products imo and I won’t use any other at this point.
The products (I have used anyways) are great and the support team is even better. Any issues you may have, someone will help you out. They just keep working with you to get the issue resolved. It's actually quite amazing for the size of the staff and the many tickets I assume they have to answer. I have worked in support before and it can be a real pain to deal with some people. But they are always nice and respectful even with some of the stupid questions I have hit them with haha.
I can recall one older product they had that I didn't like but I have tried many and none work that well imo. So not really their fault but just wanted to point it out. Just use a Raid setup or cheap drives. That's all I'm going to say about that.
I can’t comment on any more recent CoD products since I only have experience with Cold War and it was right when the game was released. But it was great the time I spent with it. Just be careful on CoD and don’t go too crazy if you want to keep playing on the same account. That's my experience anyways.
Lastly, In the chair game you can never be too careful. Shop around and find a brand that suits you. I did for a while but this is one shop I really trust now. They also have a great community to boot. Just an all around good group of people. Good luck on your chair search!
