Could always VPN to a CIS Country and then buy through BSG's site. It will charge you in rubles, which is cheaper.

Did you try the VPN method?

If not, I bought accounts from a certified partner at @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Their community bans all scammers from all products and they are very trusted. You should try going there to ask, you can also get leveled accounts. Email access and everything, so you know legit.
