[Help] Adding Garments Mounts

Hello guys.
My source Version 6711 and i want to add some garments in it so.
i've get the .dds file of the garment i want to add and put it in data/ItemMinIcon and then i add it to Ani/ItemMinIcon.Ani
and then i add to ini/itemtype.ini
it works and show up in game but i still can't use it cause there is no Stars on garment i been searching everywhere about selution
so anyone can help me

I don't know anything about modifying the client outside of map editing and basic API detours. Lol
I'm much more of a server cat.
