Hwid and ip ban

Hey in a game I played a lot with someone who was cheating and I sold my account because I was scared to get banned but turns out the situation got worst after selling the account since it’s bannable anyway I’m probably going to get hwid and ip banned. Those events happened not long ago but I have my pc for about 2 years now and I’m planning to get a brand new. I want a fresh start in the game and it’s the perfect occasion with my new pc. Is there any way to “escape” the hwid and the ip ban with a new pc.

Whenever u get a new pc, hwid bans are totally removed since you get new items.
GPU CPU Harddrive and ssd, all those have serials and you get new ones when buying new parts.
You are good to go, nothing to worry about.

But if you get banned by ip, then just change it. If you have a dynamic ip address, then you have nothing to fear. But if you suddenly have a permanent address, you have to change it. The easiest way is the VPN servers. If that doesn't suit you, you can change your provider. Now the probability of banning by ip is very small, because for one ip address can be thousands of players.
